Well, let me tell you sir that today after waiting for 794 days, we received the court orders. Lt me correct myself, we didn’t receive but we just saw, they said that to print orders, it will take another week since their printer is unserviceable.

Are you people happy for me and my father that just within one day of starting to write blog, I received the orders. Well, hold your horses, the judgement gives the other party to either hand over the flat or return the amount with 12% interest rate from the day of filing the case that is in 2018, So Mr judge I want to ask where did the interest of 5 years since 2013 went ?

Are you people aware that even after the orders have been passed by the court, the victory is nowhere near ? the ex parte has 30 days to fulfil these orders or else we will again have to pay our advocate again and ask him to file an execution ! The other party can even ask for stay which can go upto 3 years stating the issue of money. If you will count that the flat was proised in yesar 2015 , so if we calculate the rent of say 15k also, we have already lost 18 lacs 75 thousand roughly.

In addition, why is there no punishment for the builders? Sir, if they aren’t punished, they will continue to do so in future also.
